Growing pain

Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. - John 6:68

Mommy says I am growing up fast, she says she will miss watching me grow when she goes back to work. I am able to sleep in the room at night by myself. I can feed myself (if I want to), I will help Mommy to lay the table, wash the dishes, do the laundry, sort the clothings, vacuum the floor, go potty myself... (provided if I am willing and Mommy is in good mood to let me handle her chores :))

I have also started to learn swimming. Instructors: Mommy and Auntie Charlene. I learnt to kick water and float with my water wings on. It's fun but I drank a few mouths of water.

Oh... Caleb and Dominic are starting their Preschool next week. I wish I can go too, however, Mommy told me I am still queueing at number #13. The lady told Mommy that I might only get in there next Fall!!! By then, I shall be back in Singapore starting my pre-nursery already. Well, Mommy said she will try to start some homeschooling for me but I doubt her patience. She will yell and scream and threaten to keep the books when I lose my interest. Ai... I will not want her to be my teacher. I know the teachers at school are gentler than her.

There are quite a number of events this weekend. We will be going to Thomas Day out at Felton, Strawberry festival at Watsonville, Turkish Festival at Fisherman's Wharf, Wild Thing Tour at Salinas, Yard Sale at Fort Ord. I pray hard that Pa pa will be able to attend these events coz I start missing him the moment he steps out of the bedroom, just wanna him to be with us wherever we go. I just want to confess that he is the greatest Dad in the world. Despite his busy schedule, he will spend time reading story book to me, bringing me for a stroll after dinner, hugging me to sleep when I ask him to. Pa pa, I love you.

Oh, National Day is coming. Happy Birthday Singapore and also Happy Birthday to my Uncle Houston too. Wish I could buy you a birthday cake instead of you getting it yourself. ;)

Or lying on them?

The answer.

Climbed up a flight of stairs to the Parliament Buildings.

These hats are more pricey than the guards' weapons

The more trophies it has, the longer the queue

The Plain of Abraham at Quebec City, our favourite city!

Mommy said this is a very romantic city.

Maybe coz it overlooks this St Lawrence's river.

Does the sky look like the one in Caesar Palace, Las Vegas?

It was the real sunset Pa pa captured when we were taking our dinner at McDonald's.

It rained like cats and dogs the next day, so Pa pa brought me to the Theme Park near to our hotel.

We climbed up this waterfall, couldn't remember how many steps but I remembered I refused to walk up the stairs. Papa and Mommy took turns to carry me and the stroller.

On this island, we passed by a farm and we bought this basket of strawberry for only $2 and some jams.

We took this elevator up to the Chateau Hotel but I forgot what they called it.

We were given a free tour to the Residence of the Canadian Governor.

Bye Canada, hope to see you again soon.
